When 2FA is enabled for your account, you will be asked to enter an authentication code when registering an App for the first time.

You’ll need to configure your Two-Step Authentication settings before signing in to the app. You will only be prompted to enter an authentication code if you’ve already configured 2FA preferences. If you’re trying to register a desktop app, click here. Two-Step Authentication is not yet supported for the Windows Phone app.

On iOS:

You will be prompted to enter an authentication code, and you will also need to configure a passcode within the app.

Configuring a passcode is required if Two-Step Authentication was configured as an organisation policy; it’s optional if you enabled it personally.

  1. Enter the authentication code and press the OK button.
  2. You will now be asked to configure a passcode, and will be directed to the Settingspage. Select Use Passcode
  3. You will be prompted to enter a Passcode.

On Android:

You will be prompted to enter an authentication code, and you will also need to configure a PIN within the app.

  1. Enter the authentication code and press the OK button.
  2. You will now be asked to configure a PIN, and will be directed to the Settings page. Select Require PIN.
